Good Morning Adventurers, I hope that everyone is having a glorious day so far. Let’s get this ball rolling and talk about some of the latest updates that I have:
- Midwest Thunderbirds
- Project: Dancing Night
So, if you have been keeping tabs on what I have been doing these last few months, then you’d know that back in the spring I participated in a rugby tournament called the Thunderbird cup. Well, a few weeks ago I received an email that I had been selected to be apart of the squad that will play against the Chicago Hounds Academy on the 21st of this month. I should be fair that when I had received that, I read it as if I was put into the pool of possible candidates who could be selected. It wasn’t until last Friday, when I received the confirmation email, that I really took it in that I had made that team.
It’s such a huge honor and I just know that it’s going to be an amazing experience to have. So, I have essentially began training for that match(lots of running involved), even going so far to break in a new pair of cleats(busted the old ones). So keep an eye out for that game if you are in the Chicago Area, or if you are just a fan of rugby in general, then they may stream the game live. (Not sure if they will stream it, but there is a chance.)
Project: Dancing Night
Ok, I know that this is a long overdue update, but I do have a good reason why. I found a plot hole, and a large one at that I can’t believe I missed. It was so glaringly obvious that I couldn’t have missed it without smacking my head into the wall obvious. Yet, somehow I did, and now I am doing some major rewriting; pushing all of my plans back. Which, is slightly ok with everything that I have going on at the moment. This also means that I might not get this book finished this year(kinda peeved about that), but I’d rather have a complete story than a half baked one. So that’s what I’ve been going on with the project. I promise to not stop working on this project until I have it finished. I wish I had more to share but, I don’t. At least not for now, I will in the future. I plan on commissioning some more art, and I’m looking to do some more lore drops here(once I’ve written those little pieces).
